These LA darlings have kept the fun rolling in the video for their latest single, “Running Behind.” Though their videos, like their lyrics, usually include pertinent social commentary, this video, directed by singer Liz Nistico, is all about the gleeful glamour of LA life. Inverted shots, warped speed, and focus on a carefully selected color palette enhance the playful clip’s depiction of her a producer Louie Diller that includes a tiny pool party, a chewed up cheese curl, and a whole lot of shiny things. HOLYCHILD will release their full-length debut in 2015 on Glassnote.
