Video: The Jungle Giants – “Every Kind Of Way”

April 11, 2015

The Jungle Giants are gettin’ saucy on their brand new single “Every Kind Of Way.”

It’s been nearly two years since the release of their debut album Learn to Exist and four since the release of their relentlessly happy debut single “Mr. Polite.” And still, the members of The Jungle Giants are only 22 and younger.

“Every Kind of Way” is the beginning of a fresh and intriguing new chapter. A smoky, textured stream of conscience, the number keeps the rhythmic undertones and obvious sass of the previous music while enhancing it with more complex layers, fluttering flutes, and a smoother type of irresistible hook. The video, directed by Michaela Holmes, brings to mind the scenes and themes of Mike Nichols The Graduate. Intimate shots of intimacy pop in an electrifying color palette that reflects the sultry, 70’s rock of the sound. You’ll even find a quick cameo of lead singer Sam Hales fit in there. It’s crazy, sexy, cool and very much still The Jungle Giants.
