Sometimes we make the playlist and sometimes the playlist makes itself. We’re headed on a mountain adventure in the hot Oregon sun and thought a little twang was destined to be in our soundtrack present. But what began as a small happy and hopeful assortment, turned quickly into much more of a heaviness and a sadness (slight twang still included). So this is one of those playlists that builds to a nice, big, joyful ending but works its way through a lot of emotion and some heartfelt songwriting in the process.
