We love a first playlist of the year. It’s always a little cozy and a little chaotic. This year, as the title would suggest, we are doing a bit of everything. The tracks of this collection definitely take things slow but in a way that enhances their message and gives even more color to its sonic vehicle. There’s a vitality in the production and a creativity in the ways the emotional expression is contained just enough to feel accessible and cathartic. It’s undoubtedly a little sad but also a little hopeful. We hope you do a little of everything you want this year and get through everything you never wanted with hope on the other side.
