You already (s)what time it is!
It’s the niftiest time of the year. Every year, it is a delightful exercise to go back and find out what songs really stuck out for us in the last twelve months. While we struggle in eliminating some tracks we enjoyed, we finally made it to our favorite fifty. As always, there’s an effort to include as many independent artists as possible and focus on tracks that you might not see on every year-end list. Overall, this year felt very two-sided for us musically with some punchy, bold pop and punk paired with warm slow-burners. Many of these tunes also lead to cool and creative larger releases as well so be sure to click through to the albums, EPs, and artists you like most.
