The call is coming from inside the wave!
It’s feeling extra summery here in Portland as of late. The spirit of the season is alive and well, especially in the number of cold, sweet treats we’ve had the pleasure of consuming. But, this summer has a bit more attitude. We wanted to make a playlist this week that was fit for a road trip, a strut in your favorite summertime fit, a sharp tilt of the head and simultaneous tilt of your smallest sunglasses, a long and winding bike ride or watching waves crash along the shore. It’s sunny with an attitude and lots of drums. While we tucked in a few quieter moments, we wanted this collection of tracks to feel alive. We’ve also got only rocky coasts here in Oregon so these waves of sound are sometimes unpredictable.
