All the way from Paris, France, Ferielle has brought us a kicking new track called “Face à Face.” Spirited in drive and temperament from the start, the song unfurls an honest conversation and confrontation between the artist, those her past and present, and even herself. The bold synth riff and the little rhythmic skips in this vocal melody made this song feel familiar even on first listen.
In the track’s clip directed by Motema, Ferielle sings and dances to the instantly catch tune through a convenience store, a wooden diner, and a blank white room in colorful outfits. The same bright soul of the song shines through in the visuals as well.
