It’s no surprise that we like pizza too. One of our (gluten free) lives is unofficially sponsored by Jules Thin Crust pizza and the other by the best of the frozen variety.
Like any modern day fairytale, our pizza queen lives began with the classic “what do you want to eat? -idk what do YOU want to eat?” before settling upon the safest choice: pizza. Since then, pizza has played the role of a third friend in our Swell Gal lives. We blog, we talk, we cackle, we have crazy car dance parties and through all the pandemonium, we eat pizza.
There is no better fitting name for our playlist than “Pizza Sisters from Planet Weird” (referencing, of course, a classic DCOM). Smooth R&B meets sassy girl punk meets experimental piano, it’s all over the place in a way that somehow still makes sense; much like the pair of us. Soundtracking our spacey Swell Tone sisterhood, our pizza playlist is topped with songs of our shenanigans showcasing that we’re not drunk or crazy. We’re from Planet Weird and we’ve arrived on Earth where we and our pizza will live happily ever after.
