Anna Erhard‘s latest track is an astrological fever dream. In combination with her producer Poly Roy, Erhard has a quirky hit with a rhythmic focus in “Horoscope.” Lyrically pieced together from snippets of her horoscope, the words flow with an intentional sort of nonsense. Guitars and synths in a variety of tones dance nimbly around the melody to form a vibrant groove. It’s the textural playfulness and the unexpected shifts of rhythm that tie the track together into the perfect balance of chunky and smooth. “Horoscope” is a lighthearted jam with a cool, confident stride that keeps the listener coming back for more.
