Glom‘s new track, “Gre[a]y,” has a bit of sparkle and a bit of bite. The Brookyln-based band’s music has always had a dreamy yet articulate sort of drift to it and this track really highlights the way their circulating melodies can wrap up a listener. The release of these bright choruses fills the track with a radiance that feels extra satisfying following the build of the verses. As the instantly addictive melody swaps from guitar to synth to vocals, it’s easy to float away on the steady glide of this rhythm section.
