Fort Lean are set for quite the triumphant return. This Brooklyn by way of Connecticut band have been on a hiatus since the two EPs they released two years ago and it’s so good to hear them again. Fort Lean released the first single (below) off their debut album Quiet Day back in October and have just blessed our ears with a second. “I Don’t Mind” is your solid dose of indie rock for the day with a blaring melody under muffled vocals tucked between vibrating guitar and punches of synth. Quiet Day will be out on Oh La La this spring on what is sure to be a very noisy day.
